to all for attending the first NIMR Mwanza Knowledge Sharing Seminar (KSS).
It was
great to have you as a data management unit representative for your centre.
One of
the big challenges addressed during the seminar was about little understanding
of researchers about the importance of centralized data management system. What
are your opinions about the action to be taken on improving the situation in
our Centres and within institution in general?
We must be the source and reason for researchers' change. Tomorrow morning I will be presenting a proposal to centralize DM activities in our local scientific meeting in Muheza. You are all welcome
